Northern Bay P-12 College aims to maximise student engagement as well as growth in learning and personal capabilities by committing to the provision of inclusive education practices and promoting student wellbeing.
Our inclusive school culture enables all learners, including those students that have additional learning needs, to fully participate in our curriculum and programs.
Individual educational needs are closely monitored and reviewed by the Inclusive Practices, Wellbeing and Stages of Learning teams at each campus.

As the College Inclusive Practices Assistant Principal, I bring over 30 years of experience in education, including 14 years at Northern Bay College, with deep expertise in inclusive practices, student engagement, and positive behaviour support.
Early in my career, I worked in alternative education settings, supporting students to re-engage with learning and develop meaningful career pathways. Over time, this focus has evolved into a strong commitment to inclusive education, underpinned by a trauma-informed approach, positive classroom management and student engagement strategies, and extensive experience in disability inclusion.
I am passionate about our local community and dedicated to ensuring all students experience success within a rich and supportive learning environment, while also building teacher capacity to embed inclusive practices across the school. I feel incredibly fortunate to work in such an important and enriching role, supporting both students and staff to thrive.
