Hendy P-8 Campus

The Hendy P–8 Campus of Northern Bay P–12 College is a co-educational primary and junior secondary campus located on Hendy Street in Corio, serving students from Prep to Year 8.

As part of the College’s multi-campus structure, it provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment with a strong focus on student wellbeing, engagement, and individual learning pathways.

The campus offers a broad curriculum supported by specialist programs in areas such as sport, the arts and technologies.

With experienced teaching and support staff, the Hendy Campus places emphasis on both academic progress and the social and emotional development of students, reflecting the College’s wider commitment to inclusive education and strong community connections in Geelong’s northern suburbs.

Campus Location

I have been lucky enough to be a part of the Corio/Norlane area as an educator for the past 14 years. I began as a classroom teacher at Peacock Campus where I then moved into the leadership team as a P-2 Community Leader.

After 8 years at Peacock, I then was successful as being appointed as the Assistant Principal at Hendy Street Campus where I am currently now the Acting Principal.

I have a strong connection to the Corio/Norlane community from my time working with hundreds of students and families over the years and am strongly dedicated to continuing to educate and support the diverse needs of the students I have the privilege to work with every day to achieve their goals.
