How Can You Help?
Since the launch of the Northern Bay College Challenge, the College has benefited from strong community interest and generous support from both corporate and individual donors. Combined with government funding, this has enabled students to access greater opportunities and realise their potential.
These contributions have made a meaningful impact across learning environments, programs, and student retention, supporting improved outcomes for individuals, families and the broader school community.
While College leadership and staff will continue this important work, there remain many opportunities to further support student success beyond what school or family resources alone can provide. The Challenge has always been about harnessing the collective strength of the community—staff, families, businesses and beyond—to create a College supported by all.
How You Can Continue to Support The Challenge
There are several meaningful ways you can help make a lasting impact through The Challenge:
1. Financial Support Your donations—whether one-time, recurring, or through a bequest—are essential to sustaining our programs and launching new initiatives. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us change lives.
2. Partnerships Know an employer who could offer apprenticeships, work experience, or employment opportunities? Please connect them with our Board. These partnerships open critical pathways for our young participants and broaden their future prospects.
3. Mentorship Think about someone in your network—a colleague, friend, or family member—who could become a Challenge Club Mentor. Just a few hours each semester can provide life-changing guidance and support to a student who may otherwise lack access to positive adult role models.
4. Alumni – Have you thought about giving back to the college that gave you so much? Why not join our Alumni and consider a Mentorship or annual donation.
Together, we can continue to make a lasting impact.
A sincere thanks to our supporters from the Northern Bay Challenge Committee
