Key Stakeholders

Strong Partnerships

At Northern Bay College, we are incredibly proud of the strong and enduring partnerships we have built with our key stakeholders. These relationships are at the heart of our work and play a vital role in supporting our students to thrive—both in and beyond the classroom.

Our community is strengthened by organisations such as Kardinia Rotary, whose long-standing commitment to fostering healthy, inclusive and resilient communities across Geelong’s northern suburbs reflects the shared values we hold as a school. Their support is a powerful example of how collaboration between education and community organisations can create meaningful opportunities for young people.

We are also proud to partner with Polly Farmer Foundation, alongside the City of Greater Geelong and Our Place. Through initiatives such as Follow the Dream, this partnership has, for almost two years, supported our Aboriginal students to achieve their full potential. By focusing on education, mentoring and cultural connection, the program strengthens identity, wellbeing and a lifelong love of learning.

These are just some of the many organisations that walk alongside us. We are fortunate to be supported by a wide network of businesses, community groups and philanthropic organisations including Rotary groups, Northern Futures, Viva Energy, Bunnings North Geelong, Corio Police, Wesley Church, Reclink Australia, and many more who generously give their time, expertise and resources.

From local businesses and sporting clubs to philanthropic foundations and government representatives—including the Member for Lara and the Federal Member for Corio—each partner contributes in unique and meaningful ways. Whether it is through mentoring, sponsorship, wellbeing support, career pathways or enrichment opportunities, their collective impact is significant.

Together, these partnerships help us create a rich and supportive learning environment where every student is empowered to become the very best version of themselves. We are deeply grateful for the commitment, generosity and shared vision of all our stakeholders, who continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of our students and our wider community.
