TheirCare, our after-school care provider at Wexford Campus, is continuing its Our Ethnic Backgrounds Project, celebrating the diverse cultures, backgrounds and experiences of the families in its community.
On Thursday 5 November at 4:00 pm, the program will welcome a parent/guardian from the TheirCare community to share Aboriginal perspectives with the children through a special incursion.
Held in the Wexford Campus school gym, this experience will provide a valuable opportunity for children to learn about Aboriginal perspectives, develop their cultural understanding and celebrate the rich diversity within their community.
We commend TheirCare and the families involved for creating meaningful opportunities for children to learn from one another and appreciate the cultures, stories and knowledge that make our community unique.
